Physician Assistant (Sub Investigator, Clinical Research) (Phoenix)

SUB-INVESTIGATOR

On-site in Phoenix, AZ

We are seeking a motivated Sub-Investigator (preferably a PA) to support Phase III clinical trials in an outpatient oncology research environment. Ideal for a clinically strong provider with early research exposure who wants to grow into a leadership role working alongside experienced Principal Investigators and a consulting Medical Director (MD).

Key Responsibilities

• Support principal investigators in managing Phase III clinical trials
• Conduct study-related assessments and document per protocol and GCP
• Collaborate with PIs and consulting MD to drive clinical trial activities
• Identify eligible patients and support screening, consent, and study visits
• Ensure patient safety, reporting, and AE / SAE documentation
• Maintain high levels of data integrity and protocol compliance
• Engage with clinical research staff to optimize trial execution
• Promote a culture of quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement in research
