Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer technical issues related to software and applications via phone and online support
Work in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment
Provide PC software and application support
Required Qualifications
Flexibility with schedule, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
Previous IT experience or relevant education required
Ability to pass a technical screening
Must pass an extensive drug test and background check
