Job Summary : Seeking a compassionate General Dentist to join our established multi-specialty practice in Randolph, MA. This full-time position offers an existing patient base from our retiring senior doctor, providing immediate impact and long-term stability. Ideal for a dentist passionate about comprehensive care in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide a full range of general dentistry, including exams, diagnoses, restorations (composites, crowns, bridges), and prosthetics (dentures, partials).

Perform implant finishing and optional anterior endodontics.

Work with phobic patients using I.V. Anesthesia in our surgical center.

Collaborate with on-site specialists (Endo, Perio, Ortho).

Qualifications :

DDS / DMD degree with active Massachusetts dental license.

2+ years of clinical experience preferred.

Proficiency in general dentistry procedures.

Must be kind, gentle, personable, and a strong team player.
