- Label Team Supervisor Direct Reports : N / A FLSA Status : Non-exempt (Eligible for OT) Employment Type : Full-time Compensation : $15.50 / hour Position Overview : To generate product labels using the Avery label machine. Ensure all labels generated contain proper information and NSA’s / customer’s specifications.
Essential Job Functions :
Generate product labels on Avery label machines to NSA’s / customers’ specifications.Pull all supplier-supplied tags for orders.Ensure all labeling is correct for the sewing department.File pick tickets in a timely manner Non-Essential Job Functions :
Weekly inventory reports Adjust heat transfer quantities in TCM as needed Backup for heat transfers made in-house Other duties as assigned Inspect received labels, logos, and patches Training : Provided on the job and supplemented with external seminars / classes Qualifications : Education & Certifications : High School diploma, additional schooling preferred Experience : One year of data entry preferred Key Competencies : Dependability Teamwork & Collaboration Positive Attitude Flexibility Initiative Planning & Organizing Work Communication Skills (Listening, Writing, Speaking) Analytical Thinking Reliable attendance Physical Requirements : Must be able to sit or stand for the duration of the work day Working Conditions : P ersonal workstation in a temperature-controlled plant environment.EEO Statement :
