Lead iOS Software Engineer

We are seeking a Lead iOS Developer to join our team and drive the development of our mobile application. This role combines hands-on iOS development expertise with technical leadership, mentorship, and strategic project guidance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about iOS development and building solutions while fostering team growth and maintaining high engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead iOS Development Initiatives : Design, develop, test, and document complex iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Technical Mentorship : Provide guidance and coaching to team members on iOS development, Swift / SwiftUI best practices, and mobile architecture.
• Project Management : Monitor and communicate project progress, identifying risks and blockers proactively while providing clear vertical communication to management.

Required Qualifications

USD 119,600.00 - 199,400.00 per year

Compensation :

Compensation includes a base salary of $119,600.00 - $199,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
