FMI's Strategy Practice is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Analyst to join its growing team. FMI's Strategy Practice focuses on strategic planning, business development, and go-to-market strategy development. We provide industry-best market research that delivers relevant market intelligence to help our clients find growth opportunities, gain insights, and understand the trends that are shaping and influencing our industry.
This is a full-time opportunity that is based out of our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Responsibilities
Work effectively with people at all levels across in a client organization, including senior-level executivesMeet demanding client deadlines while supporting engagements with multiple clients simultaneouslyDevelop contacts lists in spreadsheet format, reaching out to contacts via email and cold calling to set up field and telephone interviews, engaging contacts in discussion to reveal key insightsCollect, analyze, and interpret market and company data into valuable insightsSynthesize findings into well-written and visually compelling summary reports and presentationsUtilize your problem-solving skillset to address key business challengesPresent findings and recommendations during client debriefQualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required1+ years of professional work experience conducting, analyzing, and documenting market researchAbility to thrive with minimal direction and supervision in an ambiguous work environmentExceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and experienceExcellent written and verbal communication, listening, interpersonal and relationship-building skillsProficiency with MS Office : Word, Excel, PowerPointFMI provides a comprehensive benefit package consisting of paid employee medical insurance, life insurance and LT disability, as well as other benefit elections.
