Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Manager with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud General Ledger (GL) and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) to lead end-to-end functional implementations. This role requires strong client-facing leadership, advanced financial systems knowledge, and the ability to guide teams through complex design and configuration activities with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud GL & FAH , including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Drive Chart of Accounts (COA) assessment, redesign, and optimization to meet business and reporting needs.

Facilitate design workshops and lead discussions with finance teams, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.

Translate business requirements into detailed functional designs, configuration documents, and solution specifications.

Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across financial modules and adjacent systems.

Provide expert advisory on Oracle Cloud best practices, configuration capabilities, and process enhancements.

Ensure high-quality solution delivery, issue resolution, and adherence to project timelines.

Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, communicating progress, risks, and recommendations effectively.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud GL & FAH .

Proven expertise in COA redesign , financial configuration, and reporting structures.

Strong understanding of financial accounting processes , subledger integration, and Oracle Cloud workflows.

Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing design sessions with minimal supervision.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience leading multi-module Oracle Cloud Finance deployments.
