Outpatient Family Medicine Northwestern Georgia

• Non-profit Community Health Center is seeking a BC / BE Family Practitioner to join their team
• Base salary : $240,000 plus benefits total compensation is approximately $287,400
• Group has 10 clinic sites (4 school-based) throughout 5 counties in Northwestern Georgia
• Join 3.5 FTE physicians, 7 FNPs, 4 Behavioral Health providers, and a Nutritionist in practice
• No call required
• Daily patient census : 20
• See patients of all ages
• EMR : eCW
