They are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer to join their global marketing team and help bring the brand to life through engaging design, as well as support communication work with creativity and innovation. - Responsibilities Maintain, oversee, and evolve the visual brand identity;
- Ensure all graphics are aligned with brand guidelines, maintaining brand consistency across all platforms;
- Be a creative and innovative thinker; push boundaries and keep the brand fresh;
- Explore unconventional design strategies that set the brand apart in the marketplace;
- Spearhead graphic projects from conception to delivery;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on brief; communicate and coordinate design strategies;
- Manage multiple design requests, balancing priorities and deadlines;
- Brainstorm with the team and design / create assets for global marketing campaigns, in-person events, digital platforms, social media, prospect / client presentations, and internal communications;
- Collaborate with the Senior Designer to develop concepts and execute visuals that align with brand guidelines;
- Assist in adapting global creative for regional use, maintaining brand consistency;
- Contribute fresh ideas and perspectives to projects and brainstorming sessions;
Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and best practices; continuously improve efficiency and creativity by leveraging AI-powered tools.
Requirements 2–8 years of professional design experience;Proficiency in the latest design tools, e.g., Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, etc;Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling;Understanding of digital and social media design formats;Project management skills with the ability to balance priorities and deadlines;Excellent communication and collaboration skills;Intermediate English level or higher.
