Senior Director of Pricing

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Pricing to lead pricing strategy and execution in partnership with various teams.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement pricing strategy and architecture to maximize revenue and margin

Establish and manage deal desk function for complex pricing proposals and enforce pricing governance

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing with corporate strategy and market trends

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)

8-10 years of experience in pricing strategy or revenue optimization, with 5+ years in a leadership role

Proven success in building pricing frameworks and deal desk functions in B2B or SaaS organizations

Strong understanding of financial modeling and competitive analysis

Proficiency with financial modeling tools and pricing analytics software
