Responsibilities :

• Coordinate daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining organized workflows.
• Provide outstanding customer service through call center support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions with accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Manage logistics and shipping functions to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Support quality assurance efforts by validating processes and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and maintain productivity under tight deadlines.
• Implement and follow company policies while upholding a commitment to innovation and business growth.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for transportation services and related activities.
• Assist with the development and execution of creative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Stay informed about and comply with discrimination laws and other relevant regulations.
• Strong customer service skills with experience in a call center or similar environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Familiarity with logistics, scheduling, and shipping processes.
• Ability to process invoices and payments accurately while adhering to company standards.
