Associate Life and Waiver Examiner - Remote

Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Associate Life and Waiver Examiner!

About the role

In this role, you'll review and process Group Life, AD&D, and Waiver of Premium claims. You'll ensure accurate decisions and payments, verify eligibility, and provide compassionate service to policyholders and beneficiaries.

What You Will Do

• Evaluate claims based on policy provisions and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with policyholders and beneficiaries to gather documentation.
• Maintain clear, defensible claim records.
• Issue accurate payments and conduct annual reviews for waiver claims.
• Collaborate with legal and medical teams when needed.

Compensation

Hourly Range : $22.00 - $29.98 plus eligibility for annual bonus program
