Job Title : Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Job Type : Full-Time | School-Year Contract
Overview :
We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students improve communication skills, access the curriculum, and achieve meaningful progress through individualized and evidence-based interventions.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy to students across various communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support classroom integration and generalization of skills
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility, goal development, and service delivery planning
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and compliance requirements
- Support prevention and early-intervention initiatives as part of a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications :
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and DisordersCurrent state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLPCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; CFs welcome to applyStrong communication, collaboration, and organizational skillsPrior school-based experience preferred but not requiredBenefits :
