Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading agriculture company in Jackson, MN. We are seeking candidates for Forklift Operator roles on the 1st shift. Compensation for these opportunities is $18.00 per hour. Interested? Read below!

What youll do as a Forklift Operator :

• Perform seed field planting and maintenance tasks
• Support harvest activities, including preparation, sorting, drying, and shelling
• Conduct return and rework activities
• Operate conditioning equipment such as sizers, gravity tables, and bagging / palletizing systems
• Follow ISO Work Instructions and Quality Plan requirements
• Carry out warehousing tasks, including forklift operation, sample collection, and pooling
• Perform general repair and maintenance work
• Execute or coordinate field operations as assigned
• Assist with scheduling and workflow planning as needed
• Work overtime, weekends, and other shifts during seasonal peaks
