What You'll Do :

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (English / Spanish), you will be the primary contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and addressing their inquiries with care and professionalism.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Responding to incoming customer calls with accuracy and empathy.
  • Managing a high volume of calls and making outbound calls as necessary.
  • Processing secure payments and credit card transactions.
  • Troubleshooting customer issues and ensuring prompt follow-up.
  • Documenting all interactions and order details accurately in our system.
  • Generating and providing Certificates of Insurance (COI).
  • Utilizing Text Request software for customer and technician communication.
  • Employing Google Maps for order verification and routing.
  • Supporting dispatch needs when required.
  • Maintaining a quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable high-speed internet.

What We're Looking For :

  • Education : High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience : 1-2 years in customer service, call center, or related fields preferred.
  • Skills :
  • Exceptional bilingual communication skills (English & Spanish).
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and precise data entry skills.
  • Capacity to thrive in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments.
  • Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with email, word processing, and customer management systems.
