Entry Level Community Organizers for Government Benefits Programs! We organize Government Assistance programs at the national and state levels. We have an incredibly strong track record of informing and helping people qualify for these programs. We help working families make decisions that help their futures. Our mission is to help make more families aware of these programs so they can be taken advantage of.

• Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the office system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall client experience.
• Assist in the development of client service strategies to improve satisfaction and retention.
• Experience
• Previous experience in client services or customer service roles is preferred
• Proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining accurate records.
