Assistant Nurse Manager

The University of Iowa Health Care, Department of Nursing, is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to perform specific tasks to assist members of the Nursing team in providing patient care under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager.

The Assistant Nurse Manager will support both Inpatient Nurse Clinicians and outpatient Nurse clinicians. The Assistant Nurse Manager will assist in facilitating the progression of care across the continuum for the hospitalized patients through collaboration with the interdisciplinary team which includes but is not limited to patient care staff, providers, patient support, family, and community resources.

Percent of Time : 100%

Schedule : 40 hours per week, Day Shifts, Monday-Friday

Location : Stead Family Children's Hospital (SFCH)

Rotations : Holiday and call coverage as needed
