Position Summary

Equify Financial is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to drive the development, documentation, and delivery of training programs across departments. This role will collaborate with subject matter experts, technology teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of training initiatives that support business operations, employee growth, and knowledge management.

Key Roles / Responsibilities

• Training Development and Coordination

Design and deploy e-learning and in-person training programs.

Develop, standardize, and maintain process documentation for all training programs.

Oversee learning project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.

Serve as a liaison between departments to understand training requirements.
