Position Overview :

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Veterinary Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with our veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to provide excellent care to patients and clients alike. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine love for animals. We are hoping to find a candidate who can work both independently and as a team player depending on what the day needs.

Responsibilities :

• Assist veterinarians during exams, procedures, and surgeries
• Perform blood draws, IV catheter placement, and sample collection
• Administer medications and treatments as directed and have a base knowledge of drugs and administration
• Monitor anesthesia and assist in surgical prep and recovery
• Take and process digital radiographs
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and coworkers
• Provide care and comfort to hospitalized and post-operative patients
• Help maintain a clean and organized treatment and exam area

Pay Range

$19-$23 USD
