KIPP Massachusetts serves students from underserved communities in Lynn and Boston. Our student demographics mirror those of local public schools in race, income, MLL, and students with disabilities. We aim to develop students academically and personally so they can thrive in school and beyond.

KIPP MA is part of the national KIPP network of 278 public charter schools serving nearly 190,000 students. KIPP schools operate tuition-free and are open to all. We aim to provide safe, high-quality schools that emphasize academics, character, and post-secondary support.
Job Description
KIPP Academy Lynn is hiring compassionate, committed, and culturally responsive Special Education Aides to support students requiring additional academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support. Aides work under the direction of lead teachers to ensure that students on their caseload are successful, affirmed, and meaningfully engaged in learning.

What We Offer
