This opportunity begins as a contract role aimed at addressing the backlog of purchase orders during an ERP implementation. Successful performance and business needs may lead to permanent employment, as evidenced by previous conversions. The role involves managing large purchase orders, with an average of 20 orders per day, each potentially containing 100-150 lines, requiring meticulous manual entry.

Work Environment
The work environment is business casual, requiring closed-toe shoes, with steel toe shoes necessary for manufacturing floor access. The role operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility in hours. The initial contract is for six months, with a potential for contract extension or permanent conversion. Travel every two to three months may be required to visit manufacturing sites in St. Louis and Georgetown, with expenses covered for hotel, car, and meals during these trips.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00 / hr.
