Experience : 2+ years of experience preferred in Ortho, General, Endo-Vascular, Urgo, and OB practices

License : Michigan nursing license required

Certifications : BLS (AHA)

Must-Have : Skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties

Description :

This position requires dedication to patient care within the surgical services team.

The team performs a full spectrum of procedures across various specialties.

We excel in general elective surgeries and critical or life-saving procedures.

Staff members must adhere to a strict attendance policy.

Any absences or tardiness beyond specified limits will lead to immediate termination.

This policy ensures accountability and advocates for patient needs.

Physical copies of certifications are only required if listed above.

Flexibility with scheduling is essential, including one week of midnight shift coverage.

Upon contract extension, shifts will transition to non-consecutive working days.

There will be a weeknight call shift and one weekend call per month.

Candidates must maintain a commitment to professional standards and practices.
