Role Summary

We are looking for a high-performing customer service professional to join our team at our Middleburg Heights Branch (6849 Pearl Rd, Middleburg Heights, OH 44130). Our ideal candidate thrives in a team environment and has a passion for helping people. This is a full time, onsite position. Success in this role is not measured with high-pressure sales goals or quotas. Instead, we focus on creating meaningful connections and handling each customer like a valued member of our family. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with banking transactions on the platform, in the teller area, or over the telephone
• Run a teller window
• Open depository accounts (checking, savings, certificate of deposit, IRA's)
• Resolve customer issues on the platform
• Assist in all areas of the branch

Our anticipated pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour. At Third Federal, we’re committed to transparency throughout the hiring process.
