Job descriptionHands‑on experience with Majesco LA&H Core Suite, including Policy Administration, Enrollment, Billing, and Claims. Track record of stabilizing enterprise‑level insurance platforms and resolving high‑volume defects. Defect triage, root cause analysis, and resolution leadership for enrollment, billing, and claims. In‑depth understanding of supplemental / voluntary insurance business and regulatory environment. Proficiency in Java, SQL, database management (Oracle, SQL Server), and integration technologies. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work with Aetna teams and Majesco support. Leadership and mentorship ability in challenging technical environments. Analytical and problem‑solving skills to diagnose complex technical issues. 10+ years software engineering experience; 5+ years in technical leadership or expert role with Majesco implementation. Exposure to Majesco’s Intelligent Sales & Underwriting Workbench. Familiarity with DevOps pipelines, containerization (Azure / AWS), and CI / CD tools. Experience integrating Majesco with CRM / ERP systems. Experience with Gen‑AI extensions in Majesco (Copilot‑based Chatbot). Exposure to UI design or microservices architectures. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. Experience with SAFe Agile Development practices. SAFe Practitioner certification preferred. Position Summary
As a technical lead / expert, you will address enrollment, billing, and claims processing challenges on the Majesco LA&H Core Suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical stabilization & defect resolution for enrollment, billing, and claims modules.
- Deep-dive analysis and root cause identification of recurring defects and performance bottlenecks.
- Coordinate resolution efforts across Aetna technical teams and Majesco support.
- Drive design and development of defect fixes, system enhancements, and customizations.
- Optimize system performance and scalability across Policy Administration, Enrollment, Billing, and Claims.
- Enhance integration reliability between Majesco platform and Aetna systems.
- Mentor internal teams and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on stabilization progress.
