Maintenance Worker

Job Summary
The Maintenance Worker plays a vital role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of campus residential facilities. This position performs preventive and corrective maintenance across multiple trades-including carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, appliance repair, and general building upkeep. The Maintenance Worker ensures all tasks are completed safely and in compliance with OSHA standards, including the proper use of chemicals and solvents. This role requires working in a variety of conditions, including all weather environments as well as dusty or noisy areas. The Maintenance Worker may also supervise student workers or contractors as needed to support ongoing maintenance operations.

Anticipated Hiring Salary Range : $19.10 to $22.44 per hour
