Product Designer - Regional Field Merchant

Your Impact

In this role, you will work under the guidance of leaders and Senior UX / UI Designers, contributing to the tactical direction and holistic design work associated with assigned projects for the Regional Field Merchant team. You'll be collaborating with a team of Architects, Designers, and Content Developers to deliver high-quality design artifacts, such as wireframes, concept sketches, prototypes, and pixel-perfect comps.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and design intuitive, high-quality digital experiences that engage users and simplify complex workflows across multiple platforms and products.

Lead end-to-end design efforts-from discovery and user research through wireframes, prototypes, and final UI design-ensuring solutions align with user needs and business goals.

Apply best-practice design methodologies to create user flows, visual comps, and interactive prototypes that deliver seamless and consistent user experiences.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver timely, polished design artifacts and influence the direction of projects.

Maintain design quality and scalability by managing creative assets, contributing to shared design systems, and upholding visual and interaction design standards.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in interaction design, graphic design, industrial design, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree) or equivalent experience

3 years of experience in user experience design
