Job descriptionExperience working in a highly complex and scaled global technology organization. Time spent working for an organization in either the financial services or technology space. 5 years of Tandem Client-NonStop development and or support experience, including Application UI, workflows, notifications, SLAs, and Service Catalog forms Good understanding of TACL language Good to have Ability to build or modify scripts using TACL and ENFORM Experience in Connex switch Support and maintenance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced oral, written and presentation communications including the ability to present technical information in a way that non-technical audiences will understand. Experience with multiple ServiceNow platform products desired. Able to interact with Offshore and streamline the support process. Should be an On Call during off hours for any critical issues or outages if needed.

- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Support
- 3+ years of experience in Production support including L1 and L2 support
