Family Practice - Geriatrics Physician

Primary Care Physician opportunity in Rochester, NY Wonderful full-time primary care role providing patient care in a post-acute care setting in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) located in the Rochester, New York, area. You will round 4-5 days a week with the flexibility to choose your rounding schedule.
