Senior Federal Project Manager Oh Optimization
As a senior federal project manager in Oracle Health Government Services (OHGS), you will be aligned with the technical intake team, specifically managing and writing Oracle plans to address new federal client requirements. You will work closely with the OHGS technical intake lead and will work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders. This individual will be primarily responsible for drafting, proposing, and defending project plan documentation from project inception to project execution, and effectively communicate proposals to internal and external stakeholders to obtain client sign off and agreement. This role requires a strong background in scoping technical requirements, including government proposals, understanding government requirements and translating into an executable scope, developing a project plan to include milestones, and identifying level of effort needed to support work.
