The Columbia Presbyterian Community is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead CNA to join our team to create a warm hospitality experience for all our residents, staff and visitors. In this position, you will enjoy working with a passionate team to provide quality service throughout our community.

What You'll Do :

• Perform all duties as per the SC DHEC and Human Services CNA training program
• Provide guidance and oversight to ensure CNA work performance meets expectations
• Ensure room cleanliness and organization by performing room checks on a weekly basis
• Promote a cordial environment for the residents
• provide or assist residents with ADLs
• Answer call lights
• follow the residence care plan or service plan
