Job descriptionProvide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support a welcoming environment for guests. Document and report any security-related incidents, maintenance issues, or unusual activities according to established procedures. Work closely with hotel staff and management to address security-related needs and support a positive guest experience. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Security Officer - Hotel Patrol Rounds
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a renowned hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for guests and staff. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. This role offers the opportunity to interact with a diverse community, contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, and be part of a team that values integrity, reliability, and innovation.

What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
