Position Summary
The Government Account Manager is a field-based position focused on driving sales growth and managing key customer relationships within assigned territory consisting of Veterans Health, Department of Defense, and Indian Health facilities. Success in this role requires coordination with the full sales team to identify new business opportunities to meet sales objectives and to cultivate good relationships with new current customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Drive Territory Growth and Achieve Sales Targets
- Drive sales growth across Veterans Health, DoD, and Indian Health facilities
- Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with sales objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Maintain detailed customer and sales activity records
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Business Development and Territory Management
Serve as a technical expert for Signia's complete product portfolio and fitting softwareCreate targeted plans for new technology adoptionPresent quarterly business reviews and performance analysisTrack and analyze key metrics for territory performancePartner with assigned Government Audiologist (GA) to :Develop and execute annual territory business plansSet and achieve strategic sales targetsIdentify and prioritize growth opportunitiesSupport account-specific strategiesReview account penetration and product mixCreate targeted plans for new technology adoptionMaximize Customer Engagement
