Site Supervisor

The purpose for this position is to lead and instruct as a "Site Supervisor" handling logistics of grassing, sodding product, mowing. Site supervisor shall handle daily site evaluations, daily employee instructions, and all safety aspect of the particular site in grass planting, and all maintenance of dams, ditches, and flat land.

Essential Job Functions :

• Responsible for planting grass seed, fertilizer, hay mulch, silt fence, coconut matting, rolled or palleted sod per job specifications and giving instructions.
• Responsible for daily equipment checks and maintenance.
• Maintains an accurate count of product applied, when applicable.
• Operates, trains, and document employees on all necessary machinery such as tractor, slope mower, ditch mower, batwing mower, forklift, line trimmer, loader, etc.
• Adheres to all MSHA and FPP safety rules and policies.
