Job Title : CNC Lathe Machinist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to set up and operate CNC lathe machining centers, including Mazak and other advanced turning centers. The role involves precision machining on components used in industries such as analytical instrumentation, life sciences, aerospace, defense, medical, and electronics. You will perform multiple complex set-ups each day and ensure the quality of your work through self-inspection.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machining centers, including Mazak turning centers.
• Perform precision machining for components used in various high-tech industries.
• Conduct multiple complex set-ups daily for short-run jobs, typically less than 100 parts.
• Inspect own parts using a variety of measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers.
• Work with materials including aluminum, various stainless steels, engineered plastics, titanium, molybdenum, and Hastelloy.
