Pay : $110,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Note : The qualified candidate for this position must have at least 5 years of litigation experience and an active license to practice law in New York State.

Job Description

• Handle a caseload of personal injury and medical malpractice matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery demands
• Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials as needed
• Develop litigation strategies and provide clients with regular updates
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance carriers
• Collaborate with colleagues in litigation and transactional practice groups to deliver comprehensive client service
