Account Manager Client Growth & Success

We are looking for an Account Manager Client Growth & Success, that will help drive growth and cement relationships in our existing accounts.

This is a remote position with an in-person option in South Florida at our new Ft. Lauderdale / Aventura office.

What will you be doing :

  • Drive account revenue growth by expanding adoption of solutions that further enhance efficiency and deliver results for our clients.
  • Managing relationships with existing accounts . Focus on our current users, engaging multiple stakeholders across hospitals and companies. Must be exceptional at follow-up and coordination to strengthen partnerships, expand adoption, and drive account growth.
  • Data Driven Account Growth . Success here means staying laser-focused on the health of each account, digging into data and usage trends to spot where we can bring more value and drive adoption.
  • Help with onboarding and rollout for new products . Start demos for the new products being offered to the accounts.
  • Helps manage our CRM .
  • Works closely with our Founding Account Executive and SDR.
  • Travel to veterinary clinics and industry conferences . When needed, this person will visit hospitals in person and attend events to strengthen relationships and represent VetRec.

    Specifically for this role :

  • Experience in the Veterinary Medicine industry is a must.
  • 2-4 years of experience managing multiple accounts, ideally in SaaS, or a comparable veterinary role requiring strong clinic relationship management.
  • Is an excellent communicator and approachable person.
  • Comfortable working with a modern startup stack, from CRMs and analytics dashboards to Excel, support messaging, planning tools, and more.
  • Experience operating and excelling in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be okay traveling at least twice a month.
  • Experience in working at a startup or small company is a plus.
  • Bilingual is a plus.

  • Compensation

  • The base salary for this position is $65,000 - 75,000. Eligible OTE for a total of $85,000 - $130,000.
