About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager Technology to support a major financial services client. This role drives large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong delivery discipline, deep payments domain knowledge, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-stakeholder, global platform initiatives.
• Partner with engineering, product, operations, and compliance to align on program goals and execution.
• Drive programme governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes for senior leadership.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
• Champion change adoption across global teams and ensure seamless communication.
