We are seeking a Sous Chef to join our growing team!

La Pecora Bianca, the fastest growing Italian restaurant group in NYC with 7 restaurants currently under operation in Manhattan and three exciting new projects to open in 2026.  We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Hospitality Leaders to join our dynamic restaurant group and be part of one of the quickest growing restaurants in NYC with endless opportunities for advancement.

  • HIGH LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Responsible for managing the hourly kitchen personnel, expediting, and ensuring the quality preparation of all food items and all proper handling / storage of all food items in accordance with applicable standards while maintaining food / labor costs.
  • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift 30+ pounds
  • Certification in NYC Food Protection License required

    Compensation Details

    Compensation : Salary ($70,000.00 - $80,000.00)
