Regional Director of Operations

Position Summary : Mackenzie Stuart are partnered with a high-growth, PE-back Physical Therapy organization, currently seeking a Regional Director of Operations.

This role is providing outstanding patient care and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a passion for clinical excellence and the drive to create a culture of growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop comprehensive strategic plans to enhance the scope and quality of rehabilitation services.
• Spearhead initiatives aimed at boosting patient care standards and operational efficiency.
• Ensure all clinics comply with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee budget management, staff allocation, and resource distribution to optimize clinic operations.
• Promote and implement evidence-based practices to maintain and elevate patient care standards.
• Utilize data-driven insights to refine treatment protocols and enhance patient outcomes.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of clinic staff to build a high-performing team.
• Create a culture of continuous learning, mentorship, and collaboration among staff.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, community partners, and stakeholders.
• Represent the organization in professional forums and industry events to enhance its visibility and reputation.
