Toyota Cincinnati Region's eCommerce Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Smartpath Field Manager. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead and support dealership digital retail processes, driving the successful launch and ongoing activities of the SmartPath program across 20-40 dealerships. Reporting to the Region eCommerce Manager, the person in this role will support the eCommerce Department's objective to enhance dealer and regional sales goals through effective digital marketing strategies and operational excellence.
What you'll be doing :
- Lead the management and execution of the SmartPath launch and sustainment activities across assigned dealerships.
- Analyze data and apply motivational skills to support dealerships in achieving digital retail sales goals.
- Train and assist dealership personnel on SmartPath and eCommerce processes, ensuring alignment with digital retail strategies.
- Collaborate with Proactive Performance Coaches and Shift Digital Operations Consultants to coordinate dealer visits, training, and process improvements.
- Monitor dealer compliance with TDDS 3.0 program and communicate updates effectively to all stakeholders.
- Utilize knowledge of dealer websites, DMS, CRM systems, SEM, SEO, and digital marketing to optimize dealership digital presence.
- Support multiple District Sales Managers and DSPMs in achieving monthly and annual district and region goals.
What you bring :
Bachelor's Degree (or higher) or equivalent experience.Knowledge and understanding of overall dealership operations.Strong communication skills, verbal and written.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Ability to manage budgets and coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.Willingness and ability to travel (75% or more).This position requires driving. A motor vehicle record that's acceptable by company standards is required for this position.Added bonus if you have :
Automotive field experience (District Sales Manager or District Service and Parts Manager).Exposure to SmartPath.Experience with LeadView, and TDDS programs.Proficient with Toyota systems including NVS, Workout, Dealer Daily.What we'll bring :
