Automotive Interior Parts Development Engineer

Job descriptionAnalyze customer (OEM / Tier 1) requirements and develop corresponding interior part designs Interpret technical drawings and specifications; prepare BOMs Coordinate prototype development and work closely with tooling / injection / machining processes Review development schedule and quality prior to mass production Communicate with customers and manage technical discussions Identify and implement solutions to address development issues Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive interior parts development Experience in customer communication and leading development projects Proficiency in reading and interpreting CAD drawings (Experience with CATIA, NX is a plus) Experience with quality documents (APQP, PPAP, etc.) is a plus Willingness to work overseas and ability to communicate in English preferred Working Hours : Monday to Friday Salary : Negotiable based on experience and qualifications Resume and Cover Letter (focus on relevant experience) Visa sponsorship and relocation support available for qualified candidates
