Job Description : LI-DNI

  • Hands on experience in Cisco CVP call studio IVR application.
  • Hand on experience working on speech based conversational IVR applications and understanding the nuances of CX in terms of meeting the business requirement for a given use case.
  • Knowledge on google CCAI or any other bot development platforms like AWS Lex.
  • Hands on knowledge on various 3rd party integration likes DB and APIs.
  • Knowledge on basic application security requirements and working knowledge of SSL based API calls.
  • Experience on interfacing with CC components and various integration
  • Working knowledge on CRM integrations with agent desktops
