As a Security Professional - Retail Mall Patrol in Roanoke, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment within a bustling retail location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to guests and staff. This position is unarmed and involves driving as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is required. You will interact with a diverse community, address concerns with professionalism, and respond to incidents with a calm, caring approach. What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
