In this role you will :

• Own all talent coordination; partner closely with recruiting and hiring partners to schedule interviews
• Own and drive our onsite interview experience. We’re an in‑office company with 5 days a week onsite.
• You own and execute on technical and business scheduling requests, always putting your clients : Recruiters, Candidates & Interviewers first.
• Implement improvements to our scheduling and recruiting processes.
• Drive programs and projects to improve how we work. Become the expert on our ATS, tools and overall talent operations.

About You :

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH in San Francisco ranges from $130,000- $150,000 , plus a competitive long‑term incentive package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
