We are seeking a  Design Consultant  to join our  New Orleans showroom , working with  luxury materials and high-end clientele , including designers, builders, and homeowners. This is more than sales—it's about  curating experiences, providing expert guidance, and building long-term relationships  in the design community.

What You’ll Do :

• Be the Expert  – Develop  in-depth product knowledge  to  confidently guide clients .
• Consult & Sell  – Listen, ask the right questions, and offer tailored solutions.
• Master Communication  – Engage customers professionally and persuasively.
• Follow Up & Deliver  – Set clear expectations and maintain strong relationships.
• Cultivate Industry Connections  – Network with  designers, builders, and trade professionals .
• Stay Organized & Goal-Focused  – Balance multiple clients while achieving  sales targets .
• Keep Learning  – Stay ahead of industry trends and attend local design events.
