Job Duties :

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process
• Administer medications and perform clinical treatments
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions
• Assist with activities of daily living (hygiene, nutrition, ambulation)
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care and discharge
• Educate patients and families based on their needs
• Advocate for patient well-being
