Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA, for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of planning, initiating, and managing projects to ensure timely and successful completion. Key responsibilities include coordinating, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, managing project budgets and schedules as well as paperwork, and addressing any issues that may arise during the execution process. Collaboration with team members, vendors, and clients is an integral part of this role to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects
• Experience with Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with effective communication and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of construction methodologies and practices, and familiarity with industry standards
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or OSHA 30 are a plus
• Experience in the commercial construction sector is a plus
