Senior Underwriter (MCA)

A fast-paced Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) company is seeking a skilled Senior Underwriter with experience in short-term MCA deals. This role requires sharp analytical skills, strong risk assessment capabilities, and the ability to structure and evaluate deals quickly within tight funding cycles.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of 120-180 day MCA structures, renewals, and fast-turnaround underwriting environments.

Responsibilities Include :

• Reviewing and underwriting short-term MCA deals (typically 120-180 days)
• Analyzing risk and determining deal structure, terms, and funding eligibility
• Making quick and sound credit decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Managing renewals and repeat fundings with speed and accuracy
• Collaborating with the sales and funding teams to ensure timely turnaround
• Monitoring portfolio performance and making adjustments as needed
