Responsibilities :

  • Actively sell human resources and benefits outsourcing services to prospective clients, meeting measurable sales quotas on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Source opportunities through prospecting, partner networking, and creative marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain pipeline of opportunities and sales strategy, reporting daily activities and results in Salesforce.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients to best understand their requirements and present services and options that best meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of expertise of all services and competitive solutions and implement best practices to sell solutions to clients.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 2 to 5+ years prior business to business or professional services sales experience
  • Human resources / benefits / payroll and / or recruiting selling experience is highly desired.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other similar CRM is a plus.
  • This full time role is based in our Fairport, NY office. Occasional travel may be required to visit clients or attend industry events.
