  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our growing Sales team and help drive operational efficiency.
  • Position Overview The Sales Administrator will provide essential support to the Sales team by managing quotes, processing renewals, registering deals, and coordinating with vendors.
  • This role is critical to ensuring that sales operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Create, review, and manage client quotes in collaboration with Account Executives.
  • Track and process contract and subscription renewals, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships, including pricing updates, promotions, and lead times.
  • Register deals with vendors and distributors to secure competitive pricing and protect opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in sales systems and databases.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports and performance metrics for management.
  • Partner with Finance and Procurement teams to ensure seamless order and renewal processing.
  • Serve as a resource for internal teams regarding sales documentation and process support.
  • Requirements :

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., ConnectWise) is a plus.
  • Experience with vendor portals, deal registration, and quoting platforms (e.g., Ingram Micro, Tech Data) strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Background in IT services or technology solutions.
  • Experience supporting Account Executives or Sales Managers.
  • Familiarity with quoting software or ERP tools.
